Connecting people—and carrying those connections into the future of local communities.

Keiichi Tsurumi, Representative Director of NOMADOX Inc.

“I want to build a company where people connect, and those connections lead to the future of local communities.”

That belief lies at the heart of why I founded NOMADOX.

Technology has advanced, and we can now work from anywhere. At the same time, I believe that meeting face to face and sharing the same time and experiences have become more valuable than ever.

Through experiences spanning accommodation, extended stays, food, local culture, work, and community, NOMADOX creates places where people naturally connect with one another and with local communities.

We also want to build a model in which the value and economic activity created in those places are properly returned to the people who work there and to the local community.

“I want to build a company where workers are rewarded and money remains in local communities.”

That conviction has remained unchanged since our founding.

Japan has so many good places.
The sea, the mountains, hot springs, old streets, local food, and the warmth of people.
They hold value that should reach far more people.

But in reality, the people working on site are the busiest, and little profit remains.
Good places are not being used well.
Regions have charm, yet young people leave to look for work elsewhere.

I want to change that reality.

Hospitality and tourism can make people happy.
They create travel memories, share the charm of a region, and connect people.
That is exactly why they cannot continue in a form that exhausts the people who work there.

What we need is not simply more effort.
We need systems where effort is properly rewarded.

NOMADOX changes how spaces are used.
We reduce operational burdens with technology.
We create places chosen for their experience and way of staying, not just for price.

With RESORT PROJECT, we turn local lodging from discount competition into meaningful experiences.
With URBAN PROJECT, we create homes that work for foreign nomad workers and remote workers.
With SHITAMACHI PROJECT, we turn local culture and skills into work that the next generation can join.

In more formal language, this may be about changing how industries work.
But what we are really looking at is a much more familiar future.

Work where you want.
Take on challenges in your hometown.
Use your strengths while valuing time with your family.

Expanding those choices is the work of NOMADOX.
